This in-house developed prop fan is designed for automotive testing and cooling applications where powerful and controlled airflow is essential. The fan delivers an air speed of up to 125 km/h, providing ample power to efficiently push air through the radiator and engine compartment of a vehicle. Multiple electric motor options are available, ranging from 4 kW up to 9.2 kW, with or without VFD control, allowing flexible configuration based on your testing requirements.

Adjustable Airflow and Direction

The fan is equipped with adjustable shutters, allowing you to direct two separate airflow streams for optimal cooling efficiency. Additionally, the tilting fan housing provides further flexibility in directing airflow exactly where it is needed.

Highly Mobile and User-Friendly design

For maximum maneuverability, the fan is mounted on four independent swivel casters, all fitted with brakes. This makes the fan easy to reposition while ensuring stable and secure operation during use.

Intelligent Air Speed Control

An optional frequency controller (inverter) can be integrated and is fully managed by our ADS control software. This enables precise airflow regulation, making it possible to: Automatically synchronize air speed with wheel speed, or Manually adjust air speed via an intuitive slider interface

This ensures realistic and repeatable test conditions.

All fans are fully compatible with all dynamometers, including those from other manufacturers, and the controllers can be configured to meet specific customer requirements.
