Seamless Integration into Existing Building Structure
The entire system was engineered to be installed within the constraints of the current facility. This required a compact, efficient layout and careful planning to ensure the installation could be implemented without major alterations to the building structure.
By optimizing the design, we were able to integrate both the motorcycle test bench and test cell in a way that preserves space, functionality, and accessibility.
Advanced Soundproofing and Noise Control Measures
A key focus of this project was noise reduction. Extensive soundproofing measures were implemented to prevent disturbance to the surrounding environment and comply with operational limits within the building.
This included acoustic insulation, vibration damping, and optimized airflow design to ensure quiet and controlled testing conditions, even during high-load testing scenarios.
