Innovative dyno's for Safer Traffic

Where tuned scooters once dominated the Dutch streets, fast electric scooters, bicycles, and speed pedelecs have now become an everyday sight. Commissioned by the Dutch Police, Dynostar has therefore developed a dyno that enables authorities to keep up with this trend and continue ensuring road safety. Since 2005, Dynostar has been the official supplier of roller dynamometers to the Dutch Police. The collaboration has been renewed and extended, with Dynostar set to produce and maintain more than 300 new dynamometers.

Smart, Low-Energy Roadside Testing for Modern Vehicles

With a user-friendly design, integrated tie-down straps, built-in voltage monitoring, and a full-colour on-site display, the new units can easily be deployed for testing (electric) scooters and (motor) bicycles. Thanks to the use of permanent magnets, the SSD-1 has very low energy consumption.
