The Dynostar Model 70M is a mobile roller chassis dynamometer with eddy current brake which can be used anywhere for tuning or diagnostic work. The dynamometer is fitted with a special frame which is suitable for use on the public road. The Dynostar Model 70M weighs around 1170 Kg, is fitted with a run-up brake and can be towed by a car. The Dynostar Model 70M is technically identical to the Dynostar Model 70. The dynamometer is fitted with a high rigidity frame. As a result, the dynamometer is totally free from vibrations, which makes this Dynostar a very reliable dynamometer.
The Dynostar Model 70M is equipped with a roller with high mass inertia, and can absorb dynamic power up to 465 kW and speeds up to 325 km/h. The powerful, air-cooled eddy current brake allows the dynamometer to absorb power up to 355 kW (with cold eddy current brake). For anyone professionally testing and tuning very high power motorbikes, the optional tungsten carbide anti-slip coating provides the answer. With this option, wheel slip is a thing of the past.
